How to Book and Manage your Appointment

Nailz + Beauty is located at 3209 Guess Road Suite 202 (2nd Floor) Durham, NC 27705.

We offer a variety of services such as nail, skin, and brow henna therapy.

We operate by appointment only and don’t accept walk-ins at this time. To view our pricing and availability, please click the book now button, but before doing so take a moment to review our terms of service before booking an appointment with us.

We are open Monday and Thursday from 9:00am-6:00pm, Friday from 9:00am-7:00pm, Saturday from 9:00am-4:00pm and Sunday (every 2nd and 4th) from 12:30pm-5:30pm

Please contact us if you need to reach us. This is our preferred method of communication. Any other means of communication may not reach us.

Not feeling well

Please be advised of our requirements before scheduling:

  • Clients are required to remain in their cars and notify us, via text, when they have arrived. Please don’t enter the building until you receive a text message from us letting you know we’re ready for you

  • Clients are required to wear a mask or face covering at all times. If this requirement is not followed, we will ask you to leave, your deposit will be forfeited, and the remaining balance of the service, the remaining 50%, will be charged to the card on file. Please note, depending on the service, we will ask that you remove or lower your mask

  • Clients are required to wash their hands for 20 seconds with warm water before their service

  • No additional guest(s) are allowed unless one person is the parent or guardian of the other who is a minor or approved guest

A no-show fee will be applied if these requirements are not followed or if you show symptoms of being unwell. We want to ensure we don’t we don’t jeopardize the safety of the business and staff.

Before scheduling

We do not apply or remove Acrylic, Dip Powder or Hard Gel. If you have acrylic, dip powder, or hard gel, the product must be removed before your appointment to avoid a no-show fee.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your appointment. If you have a gift card you would like to use for payment, the deposit is still required. Your deposit will be refunded to the card on file or will go towards your service cost.

Availability

Availability is based on the duration of the service (the time it takes to perform the service). For example, if we post availability for a 60-minute time slot, please check that the duration of the service is within 60 minutes. The duration of the service is listed beside the service type along with the price and description of the service. If the duration of the service you are wanting is longer than 60 minutes the booking system will not allow you to book the 60-minute time slot. The duration of the service must be within 60 minutes.

If you try to book an appointment and do not see any availability for the day/time you are requesting this means, we are booked for that day/time. Our booking system will show you the next available day/time we have.

Our booking system is accurate and updates in real-time. Don’t see availability? Check back later or add your name to our waitlist via our online booking site.

Booking an appointment

If this is your first visit to Nailz + Beauty, your initial appointment must be booked online. Existing clients can either book online from the client login page or book in-studio during any visit. We do not accept appointments via phone, email, direct message, or text. If you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Booking for a special someone

If you're booking an appointment for a friend, husband, sister, brother, or a special loved one, please book the appointment with their information and not yours as we will need their information on file. Yes, you can input your card information to pay for their service. We will process the payment after your loved one has received their service.

If you want the appointment to be a surprise and are unsure about their availability, consider purchasing a gift card. Please let your loved one know; that a deposit is required and they are more than welcome to use their gift card to pay the deposit.

Waitlist/Request

If you do not see availability, please request a waitlist appointment. You can request a waitlist appointment via our online booking system. No need to show-up. We will notify you if the availability your requesting becomes available.

When Scheduling

Please read the statement below carefully, this step is important!

If gel, soft gel or gel-x removal is needed please select “gel | soft gel | gel-x removal” in the add-on section to avoid a $20 fee as additional time is needed for removal. If removal is not added to your service, your appointment will be modified to ensure our service providers stay on schedule and the service price book will still be charged even if the appointment is modified.

Cancelling, moving, or modifying an appointment

If you need to cancel your appointment within or outside of the 24 hour cancellation window, please log in to the client portal via Booker, our online booking system to cancel your appointment. Your deposit will be refunded.

If you need to modify/change, resulting in a shorter/longer service time, your appointment within the 24-hour modify/change window, please text or contact us to see if your appointment can be modified/changed. 

If you need to reschedule/move your appointment to a different day/time within the 24-hour reschedule/move window, please log in to the client portal via Booker, our online booking system to cancel your appointment.

To cancel, move or modify your appointment, please do so within 24 hours of your appointment time. Please be mindful of the late cancellation windows outlined in our terms of service.

Confirming your appointment

You will receive a confirmation email and text immediately after booking your online appointment. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your appointment may not have been properly booked. Please be sure to check your spam folder. We cannot guarantee your appointment if you did not receive a confirmation email. Before your appointment, we will send a reminder email and text asking you to confirm your appointment. Please confirm your appointment via text, email, log in to the client login page via Booker, our online booking system.
