By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms outlined on this page and any fees or charges which may incur.

Not feeling well

If you are not feeling well or have been exposed to an illness, please cancel your appointment. Cancellation policy applies.

Late arrivals, Cancellations, No-shows

If you are less than 15 minutes late to your appointment, no need to notify us, we give each client a 15-minute grace period. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, please contact us.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you risk your service time being reduced and your appointment being modified. If your appointment needs to be modified, you will still be charged for the full amount of the scheduled service(s). No exceptions.

We require a 24-hour cancellation/reschedule notice. If you cancel 24 hours before your appointment time your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment time your deposit will be forfeited. If you are a no-show to your scheduled appointment without notifying us you are unable to make your appointment your deposit will be forfeited and the balance, remaining 50% of the service booked will be charged to the credit card on file. No exceptions.

We reserve the right to request a deposit for any reason before booking an appointment.  We reserve the right to cancel any appointment or refuse service for any reason.

Appointment Modifications

If you need to modify/change your appointment service(s) resulting in a decrease in the duration of the service (time it takes to perform the service), we require a 24-hour notice. If you do not change your appointment within 24 hours you will be charged for the full amount of the scheduled service(s). No exceptions.

Special and Discounts

Discounts can’t be combined with any other offer or special. We only allow one discount or special per service.

Special Hours

Appointments requested before and after hours are considered special hour appointments and are subject to an additional fee and a required 48-hour notice.

Special hour appointment times are Monday-Friday beginning at 7:00am and 7:00pm, Saturday beginning at 7:00am and 4:00pm and every 2nd and 4th Sunday beginning at 11:00am and 5:45pm. If you are requesting a special hour’s morning appointment there will be an additional fee of $30.00. If you are requesting a special hour’s evening appointment there will be an additional fee of $40.00. Please note, that these hours are dependent on the service time. Service Packages

All treatments purchased as a series must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable between accounts. Series are non-refundable and non-transferable between accounts. Series must be redeemed, within a certain time frame based on the service series, from the date of purchase; any treatments left unclaimed after six months will be forfeited. Any series that has expired will not be extended. Depending on the series purchased, the series service can be gifted to a family and/or friend. Learn more here.

Studio Policies

Children: Children under the age of 18 are only allowed to enter the building if they’re receiving a service and must be accompanied by an adult or guardian.

Guest: No additional guest(s) are allowed in the building unless you are a parent or guardian accompanying a child who is under the age of 18 or an approved guest before appointment.

Entering/exiting the building: Please be quiet and respectful of others when entering and exiting the building as other clients may relax.

Booking Policies

Deposits: Please read this very carefully!

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment

  • If you need to cancel your appointment within or outside of the 24-hour cancellation window, please log in to the client portal or access Booker, our online booking system to cancel your appointment. Your deposit will be refunded to the card on file if you cancel your appointment within the 24-hour cancellation window. If you cancel outside of the 24-hour cancellation window, your deposit will be forfeited.

  • If you need to modify/change your appointment within the 24-hour modify/change window, please text or contact us to see if your appointment can be modified/changed.

  • If you need to reschedule/move your appointment to a different day/time within the 24-hour reschedule/move window, please log in to the client portal or access Booker, our client booking system to reschedule/move your appointment. The deposit will be transferred.

Managing appointments: If you would like us to manage your appointment(s), we will charge a $20.00 booking fee to assist with managing your appointment(s).

Rebooking: Please check this page for any updates upon booking new appointments. The date of the last policy update can be found at the top of this page for easy reference. These policies are subject to change at any time. Every new appointment is subject to these policies which are in place at the time the appointment is booked. You are responsible for keeping up to date on any changes made to this page.

Reminder Messages:  Email and text reminders are sent out by our automated system at the 48-hour mark for every appointment.  Please take a moment to confirm your appointment to notify us that you can make your scheduled appointment.

Automated Reminders:  Please note that our automated reminder messages are a courtesy to remind our clients of their upcoming appointments. Please keep track of your appointment(s). Remember, the reminders are a courtesy and are sent out 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to give you plenty of time to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment.

Service Policies

Any client who feels that Nailz + Beauty did not meet their expectations must contact us within five days after service. If the service does not meet Nailz + Beauty standards, we will fix your service received free of charge. No refunds, no exceptions. Excludes regular polish on the hands.

By booking your appointments with us, you AGREE you have read, understand, and accept the terms and conditions described above ("Terms of Service") and you agree to be bound by these terms of service and all terms, policies, and guidelines incorporated in the terms of service. The service(s) are offered to you as a condition of your acceptance without modification of this Agreement.
